A new 7 pack project from Columbus native, “SowRandom” a.k.a. DRANK, is here! From chill/laid back flows over smooth and chilling beats comes a layered out E.P. full of smooth vibes to end the night with. Majority of this E.P. was recorded using bandlab from his cell phone, as a way to show people that anyone can create no matter if they have a studio mic or just the mic from your earbuds, it’s possible to make due with what you have. “If you’re driven to create and are on a tight budget to where you can’t hit the stu as frequently, then you gon’ find an alternative to make it happen.”
The E.P. Starts with GRACE, a track with soulful production and introspective lyricism that takes you inside of the mind of SowRandom as he has a moment of self-reflection and from a jaded mindset. As a born sinner like everyone else he asks God for mercy and grace as he continue to navigate on this path and give this piece of himself to the world.

The second track is titled unAPOLOGETiC. This track is still
chill but with a nice bounce to it that can get a solid head nod going. Picture yourself getting off of work stepping into your car and turning on that perfect song to just cool down to, this is that one for SowRandom.
The third track is G00DN0W, on this track he speaks on moving from past situations. Really just celebrating his growth he’s endured from one point of life and just embracing the current moment.
The fourth track titled “DRiViN’ (888), is a collaborative track made between SowRandom & Reeko Da Real. The two met around 2018 during a cypher that took place at Columbus State Community College, and even recorded their first collaboration in the schools library. This track comes with eerie production where both artist face reflective lyrics, bringing a cinematic listening experience as the two drive off on separate paths. Drank’s perspective of the 9-5 lifestyle and Reeko’s perspective of the hustling lifestyle and how the two corresponds.
Track five is titled B.T.S. (Bless They Soul) featuring TheLifeofJodye of Broken Dreamers. This marks the first collaboration from Drank and Jodye and certainly not the last. The beat is produced by fellow Broken Dreamers member Sean D’lo. This hard hitting collaboration is just proof of hunger, passion and drive that the Dreamers have for the music. Heavy 808’s booming’ with sharp rhyme schemes and delivery from SowRandom he’s coming with a purpose to show he can get on any type of beat and hold his ground.
Track six being the single released before the E.P. is the HiGHR0AD, the song that really sums up the all out soundscape of what made the E.P. what it became. With trippy vocals over a trippy beat you can tell he was just flowing off the strength of the moment he was in.
The final track being LiQU0R is a smooth melodic track that closes the 7 pack, with slurred verbiage and smooth production, this is the moment of making it home from work after a smooth ride home.
